- Evidence-based programmes and other techniques to help clients experiencing sleep issues, including a wide range of sleep hygiene suggestions.
Helping clients to sleep better will improve their clarity of mind, memory, health, anxiety and depression levels and general well-being.
Summary slideshow of module one.
The course includes: brief summary slideshows for each module, practical activities to consolidate your learning, links to wider reading, and free resources, including a hypnotherapy script and a lifestyle and sleep questionnaire to use with clients.
Support: free email support for three months after you order the course.
Suitable for: originally aimed at hypnotherapists, this course has also proved popular with other talking therapists who want to broaden their skills in working with sleep issues.
Commitment: time taken to complete the course varies, depending on how much of the suggested wider reading and research you choose to complete. Average is around 6 hours.
Level: accepted by the ACCPH as approximately equivalent to Ofqual level 2.
