Our Meditation Teacher Training Course gives you the skills and confidence to share the benefits of meditation with others. It will help you to plan, lead, and promote meditation or mindfulness classes, whether your approach is secular, spiritual or mindfulness-based. Designed for people with personal experience of meditation or similar practices, it’s available as a home study course or an interactive workshop.

This training is open worldwide, with UK-based guidance on areas such as the law, health and safety, and insurance. It’s suitable to add classes to an existing wellbeing practice or as an entry to the wellness field.

  • Recognise how meditation helps with relaxation, stress reduction, and personal development.
  • Plan, market, and organise engaging meditation classes.
  • Handle class dynamics and support your students.
  • Consider ethics, the law, health and safety, and insurance.
  • Explore a range of secular meditation techniques and suitable themes for classes.

(Please note: This is a train the trainer’ course. You’ll need some prior experience with meditation or related practices. If you’re new to this area, we recommend taking our Mindfulness in Therapy course first. There’s a special offer at the bottom of the page if you wish to purchase both courses at the same time.)
